Administrative Specialist

Job Description

Main responsibilities:
·        Organizing and management of all administrative issues and administrative staff.
·        Arranging visas and registration issues, accommodation (rent an apartment) for expatriates
·        Purchase airline tickets and make a hotel reservation
·        Preparation of letters, registration, and dispatching of outgoing mails and control
·        Dealing with administrative service providers;
·        Participate at office equipment inventory;
·        Cooperate with different departments on staff allocation
·        Participating and managing the production of marketing materials, including leaflets, posters, flyers, newsletters and e-newsletters. Sourcing advertising opportunities and placing adverts in the press;
·        Arranging conferences, seminars, exhibitions, internal and external meetings, team events and participate at them in case of necessity; Represent employer at social activities and projects;
·        Prepare press releases and contact people in the media;
·        Ensure making film, slide or other visual presentations at meetings in case of necessity;
·        Prepare annual reports and write proposals for various projects;
·        Other duties reasoning by management
Requirements for candidate
·        Higher Education (preferably in Marketing, Business Administration)
·        Relevant work experience – minimum 3 years
·        Fluency in Azeri / English / Russian
·        Computer skills
·        Excellent communication, organizational and management techniques
·        Good interpersonal skills.
·        Hard and dynamic worker
